The Independent Faith Church is a religious organization with members legally constituted in the State of Oregon and authorized under the constitution of the United States of America and the state of Oregon to perform all religious services, ministerial and organizational duties pertaining to the doctrine and operations of the church and its branches and congregations across the globe.
We are a trans-denominational church with doctrine based in the principles of Barbequia to promote, teach and implement in practical ways the concepts of Peaceful, Happy, Loving Living and thereby create a personal relationship with God through inner peace.
A fundamental tenet and religious principle of our faith is that each individual is solely and exclusively responsible for any and all decisions regarding their health and healthcare. No person, government or organization has the authority to override our god given right to make said decisions. Any attempt to do so is a violation of our right to freely exercise religion as guaranteed by the first amendment to the constitution of the United Strates.
We assert that any discrimination will be interpreted as a civil rights violation as protected and guaranteed to U.S. citizens and residents by legislation and by the Constitution.
Therefore, any member who determines that vaccination or any medical treatment is not in alignment with their faith is within their religious right and in adherence to the principles and beliefs of the Independent Faith Church.
