The Independent Faith Church operates with a conservative, service-driven financial philosophy. We do not incur debt and prioritize simplicity in our operations. Our meeting spaces are modest—often outdoors in natural settings like parks, mountains, or beaches.
Local Ministers are encouraged to hold gatherings in nature or use modest, rented spaces to conserve resources that can be redirected to charitable purposes. Our Ministers serve voluntarily and receive no financial compensation, as we believe in each member contributing as they are able.
Donation Use and Transparency
Donations are applied directly to the specific purpose designated by the donor. General contributions are used strictly for essential operating expenses, such as office supplies and meeting refreshments. We are committed to full financial transparency; a detailed record of all income and expenses is publicly posted for anyone to review, ensuring accountability.
Altruism and Integrity
Founded on principles of altruism, love, and charity, the Church rejects commercial motivations. Our focus is on community support and spiritual growth, not financial gain, and we publicly affirm this commitment to maintain our integrity.
Commitment to Humility and Simplicity
The Church will not invest in large temples or elaborate buildings, which we view as expressions of human ego rather than spiritual necessity. We believe that worship is a way of life, not confined to physical structures. Humility is core to our teaching, and our financial choices reflect this value.
Real Estate Acquisitions
In cases where property ownership may be warranted, any acquisition must be approved by the Board of Directors, in alignment with our core values.
Our guiding principle is that money and possessions are temporary tools. When used wisely and with humility, they support our mission; when misused, they become obstacles to self-realization.
